Who we are

Mote Ops is a service of West Coast Medical Legal Consult LLC, a California limited liability company. It is built and run by Mike Mote in California. Questions about anything on this page can go to hello@moteops.tech.

This website collects almost nothing

• No accounts, no forms. This site has no login and no data-entry forms of its own.
• No analytics or tracking scripts. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, and set no marketing cookies.
• Demonstrations stay in your browser. The interactive demonstrations on this site use fictional records and run entirely on your device. They send nothing back to us.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or review those logs.

When you contact us

If you book a conversation, the details you enter are handled by Calendly under Calendly's own terms and privacy policy. If you email us, your message travels through your mail provider and ours. We keep correspondence so we can respond and manage the working relationship, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Client engagements

Client work is governed by a written scope, not by this page. Before any system touches real business data, the engagement documents which access is granted, which models run, where data lives, and how long it stays. Systems are tested on synthetic records before they receive production access. The AI & Data Practices page describes these rules in more detail.

The Email Organizer beta

The Mote Ops Email Organizer is an invite-only beta. Participants connect a mailbox knowingly and receive a written description of what is synced, where it is stored, and how to end participation. Synced mailbox content is stored on hardware controlled by Mote Ops while the beta runs. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for anything beyond operating the organizer for that participant. Any participant can ask for their synced data to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@moteops.tech.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes with them, with a new date at the top. We will not quietly weaken it.
